Oakley and Company Formals is co-owned by a mother and son duo; Vickie and Cody. Vickie has worked in the formal wear business for 20 years and wanted to take her passion to the next level. In 2020 Vickie finally had the opportunity to open her own shop in Archdale, North Carolina called Oakley and Company Formals, named after her only son.

Vickie says that she envisioned a place where everyone feels like family. Over the years, she gained an understanding that home is not really a place, its more of a feeling. She says that "Home feels like love, family, relaxation and joy, and I strive to ensure everyone gets that feeling."

The little touches are what counts; with beautiful plants on the front porch, the aroma of white tea and fig upon entering our shop, and our caring attitude are just a few things that help to emulate the feeling Vickie was going for.

She even took it to the next level with TVs, beverage bars including coffee, beer, and wine, to amp up the feeling of relaxing at home.

Vickie prides herself on going above and beyond for her customers. With an exceptional selection of tuxedos in many different styles, fits, and colors there really is something for everyone! Oakley and Company Formals even offers Groom try ons, which means the Groom is able to try on his prospective outfit BEFORE the big day to ensure its just right!
